Mobile Services

The Mobile Services from TELES let you use the voice and UMS services of the TELES Voice Application Server – and that regardless of your location. Thus they represent an ideal solution for both private and business customers as they support a paradigm shift in the world of work: The users are mobile and not tied down to a fixed workplace, yet for that they can decide themselves when they are reachable and for whom (via their fixed-line number). In this way, the TELES Mobile Services stand for efficient work at all times and in all locations, with targeted control of the user’s personal reachability.

The TELES Mobile Services can be used with the following applications as an option to the TELES Voice Application Server:

An intelligent app (MobileControl) that transforms the smartphone into a telephone connection or extension you can take with you.

A convenient multifunction Softclient (DesktopControl) as a central communications tool on the PC or MAC:


Native integration of the mobile telephone without the client (Converged IP Centrex)
