The TELES Softclients can be integrated into third-party products, through which simple and fast OTT services can be offered. Value-added features, such as rich presence, visual voicemail/faxmail, caller lists, contact lists and even automatic provisioning, are provided via the REST interface. All of the methods are available for the iOS/Android and PC/MAC OS operating systems, and thus they only have to be developed once in the backend in order to be able to serve the complete Softclient portfolio.
