TELES cooperates with US-Carrier

Agreement on sale of products, development and licensing

Berlin, May 12, 2014. Berlin, 12 May 2014 TELES AG Informationstechnologien and a US-based telecommunications service provider, who has asked not to be named, have signed an agreement for the sale of products, a development cooperation and licensing of technologies from the business unit Access Solutions. In the second quarter a revenue of approx. € 1.4 million will be achieved, TELES will receive a prepayment of approx. € 1 million.
