TELES to give up remaining stake in Gravis Beteiligungs AG

Adhoc Notification by TELES AG Informationstechnologien pursuant to Sect. 15 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG)

Berlin, April 2, 2013. TELES AG Informationstechnologien (ISIN: DE0007454902) is divesting its affiliation in GRAVIS Beteiligungs AG, which in turn sold its 100 % affiliate GRAVIS Computervertriebsgesellschaft mbH to mobilcom-debitel GmbH of the freenet group in January 2013.

With share purchase agreement of April 2, 2013, TELES sold its 222.222 shares in GRAVIS Beteiligungs AG, each with a nominal value of 1.00 EUR, to GRAVIS Beteiligungs AG for the purpose of redemption and cancellation.

The purchase price of about 1.1 million EUR will be payable upon redemption and cancellation of the shares. TELES expects the redemption and cancellation to be effective end of April 2013.
