We promote training too!

Our training covers everything that customers want to know about maintaining and operating the telecom solutions we have developed. For customers, TELES offers basic as well as advanced training. Basic training teaches network operators and business customers all of the fundamental principles needed to configure their systems. Following an intensive training session, the administrators will know how to keep the new telecom system in operation and make configuration changes if necessary.

The advanced training also covers maintenance of the telecom system. Such training also gets participants in a position where they can analyze errors, perform updates, exchange faulty components and provide fast internal support.

Both types of training are available on our premises, at the customer’s site or at a third-party location upon special request. Prior to the training session, we analyze what the customer actually needs so we can prepare accordingly and be ready to provide detailed answers to questions.
